Kelly was raised in South Carolina with her two older sisters, Kaitlyn (and Carolyn) and her mother, Carolyn. Kelly hasn't shared any information about her parents like their names or careers. As a kid, she loved playing baseball with her father. Kelly graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson in South Carolina when she was graduated from high school. After finishing high school, Kelly enrolled at Clemson University in South Carolina. There she was awarded a Bachelor's degree in Youth Development Leadership. She also completed her Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Miami. Kelly was member of the ACC Digital Network for her work experience, and also served as a production assistant, following when she was given an official job offer, and became an integral part of the ACC Digital Networks. Kelly began her career as a sports reporter. She also did interviews on the Saturday show, "ACC Kickoff". From 2013 to 2013, she was with the network, where she was also a part of the "ACC NOW" show. After her stint at ACC Digital Network ended, she became a part of Fox Sports Florida as a reporter on the sidelines. Due to her hard work she was offered a job by the Fox Sports Sun, covering the Tampa Bay Rays, Orlando Magic and Tampa Bay Lightning franchises, writing about news and stories regarding the specific clubs.
